This is my attempt to record the family history of the Metcalfs of Boston, Lincolnshire, England. It is certainly not conclusive, there are gaps, and maybe a few errors too, but that is the name of the game for family historians. At best it is a stake in the ground and a base from which to continue the search and to further enhance the overall picture.

The history is contained is contained in a series of books which I have self published in order to preserve a record for all time, safely held in The British Library archives.
